How do I reserve a bouncer?

E-mail us at dialgillent@gmail.com or call us at 013-3403230 and we'll be more than happy to reserve your bouncer!

How far in advance do I need to order?

Rentals are made on a first come, first served basis. We suggest 2-4 weeks prior to your event. If you do have last minute needs, call us, we will do our best to assist.

Do I need to make a deposit?

Yes, 30% of your rental total must be paid at time of booking to reserve your items.

Is there any bond and if so how much would it be?
There is a RM50 bond per bouncer.  This will be refunded when bouncers are returned in a clean, undamaged condition.

How much room will I need?

Depending on which unit you rent, the space will vary. Please refer to the dimensions information as listed in our page.

Do you deliver in our area?

We offer free delivery to Shah Alam, Subang Jaya and Kota Kemuning area. If you are further away, we can deliver for a small fuel surcharge.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel 7 days prior to the event date, you will be released of any commitment and will not be charged. Any cancellation within 7 days of event will result in a charge of 30% of total price.

Can I pickup a bouncer?

We prefer to deliver all products, so we can setup in a manner that allows riders to play safely, and ensures the product will not be damaged.

Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of the bouncer?
Bouncers that are used correctly are safer than playground swings and slides.  Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing on the nets, rough housing or running into one another can cause injury.  It is therefore important that an adult be incharge to monitor the children.
